Refund Policy
RentzPC ensures a smooth and efficient refund process for its customers. Refunds will be facilitated through online transfers or cash receipts, catering to the customer's preferred mode of reimbursement. Please note that same-day cash refunds are not available. Refunds will be processed within 3 days after the product is returned in satisfactory working condition.
Refunds will only pertain to the deposit amount or in cases of non-fulfillment of the rental order, as applicable. RentzPC reserves the right to deduct a certain amount from the security deposit if any damage has been incurred to the rented products.
