Return/Handover
At RentzPC, we offer flexibility in extending the rental period, subject to product availability. Charges for the extension period may vary depending on the rented products. Rental payments are required in advance or upon returning the leased product.
Customers are obligated to return the rented equipment, such as laptops and computers, to RentzPC after the agreed-upon rental period ends. The lessee bears full responsibility for the safekeeping of the rented computer or laptop and its accessories. These items must be returned in the same condition as received during the initial delivery.
Upon the termination of the rental period, it is the customer's responsibility to return the products to RentzPC in person. Alternatively, customers may request RentzPC to arrange a pickup from their preferred location. RentzPC ensures a hassle-free and secure process for the return or handover of rented items.
